This form will be used to approve event requests, place them on the section calendar, and eventually registration (if requested) on the website. Once requests are approved, a work order will be created to add the necessary information contained within the form on the website, including any documents.
The form should be filled out as complete as possible and attach any documents that relate to the event and require approval or publication on the website. Please note that there is a two-week lead time to ensure events are posted ahead of the start time.
